• This is a team participation ideathon. Students must form a team of 2 - 4 members.

  • You can either invite your friends to form a team or you can request other teams to add you as a member.

  • The ideathon will start on April 14th, 2023, at 07:00 PM IST, and end on April 23rd, 2023, at 11:00 PM IST, you prepare your idea presentation during the allotted time only. We will require you to upload your PPT presentation on the idea as a PDF file. 

  • Two phases: 
    • Phase I - Online. In this phase, you are required to prepare the PPT and submit the PDF file of the same on Devpost.

    • Phase II - Offline. Only the top 5 teams selected from Phase I will be allowed to present their ideas in this phase.

  • You can participate from anywhere but you have to be present at the venue if you are selected for the final(offline) phase.

 

  • Students are not allowed to work on multiple teams and/or submit multiple projects. Students must be a part of only one team and submit only one project.

  • We won't be able to provide travel and stay accommodations, so you have to manage the same yourselves.
